A solar plant is not built in a boardroom. It is built by the liaisoning officer who keeps an approval moving, the design engineer who sizes the cable with margin, the site supervisor who checks torque on a Sunday afternoon, and the maintenance technician still walking the rows in year eight.

We have fifty-five of them across eleven functions, and every function is in-house. That is why the people who survey the land belong to the same company that answers the phone in year twenty.
